- No Refund, No Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products and in order to maintain hygiene and quality standards, all sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for any items purchased, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Color variation due to screen/display differences
- Personal dislike of fit or style
Please ensure you review all product details, sizing information, and photos carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us prior to ordering.
- Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not offer returns or exchanges, we take product quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and order details. We will assess the issue and may offer a resolution at our sole discretion.
- Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist you — though changes are not guaranteed.
- Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout.
- Taxes & Duties
The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DU (Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
